- Fair Assignments: Work is assigned based on competence and capacity never outsourced to anyone employed or contracted by a client.
- Conflict of Interest Management: All team members must declare conflicts. No one may assess a client they’ve worked with in the past two years without prior approval.
- Public Assurance: All individuals involved in HFS halal certification fully recognise the importance of impartiality and are committed to upholding it at all times.
