At Halal Food Safety UK (HFS), we are committed to handling all complaints and appeals fairly, transparently, and without delay. We also uphold strict impartiality in all our halal certification services.

Submitting a Complaint or Appeal

Please note: We do not process anonymous complaints or those lacking valid contact information.
What to Expect
- Complaints are reviewed by our Management Representative.
- Appeals are handled by the Impartiality Committee.
- Valid submissions are acknowledged in writing.
- All decisions are made by individuals who were not involved in the original halal certification activity.
- Anyone employed by the client within the past two years is excluded from decision-making.
- Final outcomes and corrective actions (if any) are communicated in writing
