What to Expect

Access to Records

All records are securely stored and only accessible to authorised personnel. Records may be shared with regulatory or accreditation bodies when legally required.

Confidentiality

All information shared with us is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law or accreditation standards (ISO/IEC 17065:2012). Where disclosure is legally necessary, we will notify you unless prohibited.

Confidentiality Agreements

All HFS staff, auditors, and committee members are bound by our confidentiality policy and are required to sign a formal agreement.
